The Role
A bit dissapointed as I realised that teaching is not much career path.
I got an impression to be treated more like one of the pupils rather than one of the colleagues.
Support and guidance were good.
I was not much involved in the actual teachinbg process and therefore I felt pretty bored.
I was not involved in teaching much. Most of my placement was sitting at the back of the classroom and watching a teacher.
I improved skills talking in front of the audience which could helful in my future career.
The Company
The atmosphere was friendly. I felt as a part of the team. Occasionally I found it a bit boring.
The organisation of my placement was alright. However, I had to design my own timetable what should have been done for me.
