The Role
My placement year provided so many valuable experiences! I feel like I have really benefited from it, both professionally and personally.
I got to work with so many great people and everyone made me feel welcome and as part of the team!
My manager was really helpful in making me aware of my strengths and weaknesses, and supported me with any development needs.
The job was very demanding and it got very busy at specific times of the month/year.
I was given lots of responsibility and was even able to work on some individual projects!
I feel like the skills I have developed will stick with me for life and will really help me in my career.
