The Role
There were some tough times during this job, some stressful times, but all down to the level of responsibility I was given, and once I improved at my job, it was very enjoyable.
Colleagues treated me like a professional and the positive atmosphere energized me.
A lot of support and continuous guidance by my immediate superior and mentor
Many tasks on a daily basis but since it was across a range of activities it kept enthusiasm high
High responsibility and very professional tasks motivated me to deliver great results.
Allowed me to further develop and enhance my skills in both the Marketing aspect & interpersonal. Provides you with the discipline to take into university and emphasizes the importance of degree studies
The Company
Good mixture of differing cultures. At times it could have been better, however, casual Friday usually perked up the atmosphere.
Well organised, with pre-defined objectives set within each rotation.
Regular training was readily available. I was given the freedom to vary the training I undertook and tailor it to my development needs.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Great opportunity to work for this company, would be great to come back to them again
The Culture
There were other interns across teams who became friends and I will still be in touch with
travelling expenses were quite a bit as well as food.
With the events and the city's huge array of clubs I was never short of new places to try out.
Most activities were organised by yourself or other undergraduates, however there are plenty of undergraduates to have something always on.
