The Role
It was hard work, but rewarding and I learnt a lot.
They always treated me as another graduate, rather than a placement student.
Management were always there for support if I needed them, but let me do my own thing until I asked, so that I could learn by myself.
They job is fairly demanding, I was rarely sat doing nothing.
Due to the hierarchy, responsibility isn't given within the first year, however this was accross the board not just for me. By the end of my placement I was allowed to audit a whole entity by myself though.
I think it will help me be more disciplined, more focussed and will definitely help with finding a job after my degree.
The Company
Within the office serious work is done, however at socials it is all fun!
As I was treated like another grad there wasn't any organisational issues.
I have done my first 6 ACA exams and received the training for other things just like other graduates.

The Culture
Not too expensive for my wages.
Only one main club, Oceana, but I really enjoyed it.
There were a few sporting opportunities
