The Role
Good experience and understanding of accounts gained.
All colleagues on all teams were friendly and encouraged team activities.
People were always available to provide you with explanations to any questions about work or the industry.
Mainly kept busy, but had to you own initiative on several occasions to obtain work,
Given increased responsibility once shown ability was recognised.
Gave valuable insight into industry and exactly what a graduate role in this field would entail. Skills gained are specific to this industry.
The Company
Relatively busy. Hot desk policy meaning no one had permanent seats.
Well structured and treated like a first year graduate once the placement began.
Treated as a first year graduate attending several training sessions as well as several placement events prior to the placement beginning and at the end.
