The Role
When i look back, it was an amazing experience and i learnt i think more than what i think.
available, sympathetic, open-minded, caring
I got lost sometimes with the expectation of my manager. I missed also feedbacks of my work.
difficult start but more and more busy even if it wasn't stressful at all
according to my role and the duration of my stay, i hadn't lots of responsabilities.
the company is so up to date about many processes and management style, if you want to learn, you can.
The Company
serious and consencious but breaks were an opportunity to chill out and make the atmosphere professional and friendly at the same time.
The internship was not very prepared, i didn't have a project to work on and i had to wait 2 weeks before being involved. Plus, the inclusion day came too late. But thanks to my colleagues i was well included (after 1 month).
I traveled to shadow co workers, the company very invested on me even if my stay was just lasting 10 weeks.

The Culture
Not much... One night...
