The Role
Always there to help! My manager was a coach as well so received ongoing coaching throughout the entire year which made a huge difference to the quality of my work!
Sometimes there was just sooo much to do I had to work extra hours to get work done but there were some really quiet days as well.
A learnt a lot and grew a lot - definitely a much better person all round!
The Company
This really depends on the floor your're on and the team you work with. My floor wasn't very lively.. lol
Slow start but things did pick up in the end.
Attended and experienced loads of developmental courses!
Flexi Time

Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
It's a great company to work for...
The Culture
There were at least 100 students on the site and they form a community which has regular events and socials so it's great!
London is so expensive!!
Nothing much in Brentford but it was easy enough to get to places that did have a nightlife.
there is so much to do in London, you will probably have to a bit to find things going on but then again, you have to travel quite a bit to get anywhere!
