The Role
It was well-structured and I felt I learned a lot from it.
Everyone was very friendly and willing to take time out to explain things to me.
They were great - we had two feedback meetings and they always ensured we were being taken care of.
Depended on the day and the department, but everyone's approachable so you're not afraid to go asking for work. Slow at times.
Not much.
It's definitely given me an idea of how it is to be a solicitor in the City.
The Company
Friendly, people smiling, cakes in the pantry sometimes...
It was excellently organised.
They put a lot of time into it - we had lots of talks and networking sessions. We also got a trip to Brussels which was pretty cool.
Subsidised Canteen
Quite good, people seem generally happy.
The Culture
Yes, they were great and we organised events outside the firm's social events.
London...
Great!
There was sport but I wasn't really into it.
