The Role
Very good experience, lots of trainings, interesting projects, regular reviews with HR to help me...
Even if most of my colleagues were not based in the same city, everybody makes me feel like a real member of their team
Very good balance between autonomy/independence and support from management, even if my boss was not in the same country
Some days were challenging, some others were not so busy (after a project deadline for example), but there was always something to do (trainings, review, preparation work...)
Teamwork was very important, so I was not running the show by myself, but I gave some useful help during the whole project, from beginning to end
Independance, self-confidence, knowledge, deadline, teamwork... I can even know all the things I learnt!
The Company
Quiet place, without too much noise, but lots of people around in the openspace if you need a break: good atmosphere to work in
Good organisation, with regular meetings, interviews and reviews
I had about 60 hours of trainings during my 6-months internships

It's a very big company, so lots of interesting jobs to discover in different departments!
The Culture
There was a nice group of interns (lunch together...)
Not expensive and not far from London!
Reading is a small town but there are lots of bars and restaurants
Lots of gym clubs, shopping areas, charity...
