The Role
My manager has supported me all the way through my placement. We have weekly meetings and then every 3 months we have a development meeting. Development meetings have been a great learning point for me and has allowed me to develop my strengths and identify and improve upon my weaknesses. My manager is always keen to help my development and will always go out of her way to support me getting the most out of my placement.
The Company
Ever since my first day there has been a very welcoming and fun atmosphere amongst the office.
There is a training programme that every undergraduate is invited to, these are very valuable experiences and it is very nice of the company to invest into the undergraduates.
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
The Culture
There is a good social scene amongst the undergraduates/graduates.
I live at home so for me it was great financially, however other students on placement have found decent accomodation for a good price.
