The Role
Very enjoyable. Comfortable working atmosphere, 2 very interesting projects and a lot of responsibility
Looked upon as one of the team. Happy to give me high level work and help out with the creation and delivery of presentations
Manager and colleagues always willing to give up their rime for me and help out
Mostly a constant flow of work. Managing my own projects enabled me to manage my time effectively
A high level of responsibility. Completely responsible for the delivery of two highly important projects, ending in a presentation of my findings
Discipline to work constantly through out the day, independently and with responsibility. Improved time management skills, along with good practise of Excel, Powerpoint and communication skills.
The Company
Everyone hard working, however happy for a catch up anytime and pretty chilled on the whole.
Internship was very well organised. Constant flow of work coincided with good and relevent online training courses, and I am leaving with a lot of good experiences and skills
Covered approximately 60 hours of online training over the course of 6 months which assisted with my development in a vast range of skills. Also partook in regular leader series which involved directors and high level employees giving up their time to present to us their area of work and responsibilities

The Culture
In a group of 7 interns, plenty of socialising including daily lunches and drinks after work etc. Also plenty of Reading University students out and about in town.
Renting in Reading costs approximately £400 a month. As for socialising, Reading offers plenty of bars and clubs which run at average student prices
Reading offers a good nightlife. Very good and reasonable cheap student nights, a long with plenty of bars and restaurants in town by the riverside
Plenty of local sports clubs for whatever interets you
