  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • The work offered was to a Engineers level and was very varied encompasing all aspects of the role

  • I was treat as an engineer once i had proven capability, but was always struggling with the none professional staff

  • management structure was complicated during my year and was often unsure of who was my managment

  • This varied with project. Some were on a very strict dead line, others would just role over

  • Time managment and decision making skills have improved greatly as has my ability to apply knowledge and solve problems

  • A little over worked

  • HR often got confussed when dealling in the engineering sections, but worked well with getting students training and sorting intergration and finance.

  • I was offered several oportunities to train and my department also undertook its own sharing of knowledge and experience

  • was about average, students were spread over a large region so socialising was minimal
