The Role
I didn't really enjoy it. The hours were way to long, I felt as though I wasn't learning anything and that I was just doing a 'job' rather than benefitting.
My colleagues were really nice and supportive.
We were meant to train on a weekly basis, however due to the nature of the job, I very rarely got training.
I was extremely busy. Working 12 hour days was usual and it wasn't uncommon to go without lunch, or at least have a very short/late lunch.
I was given some responability, dealing with some accounts and driving customers but nothing to managerial.
The Company
Small, blend, porto-cabin styled office. At times very quiet as all the staff were busy out of the office driving.
I think it was fairly organised but the training never got done, so when at HR I was always behind on my 'Training folder' as were my peers.
Healthcare from home
The Culture
The other placement students were great, they made it.
Very cheap in the midlands.
Didn't have time. Worked 6 day weeks and 60+ hours on a regular basis.
