The Role
I was able to switch roles and get to know several branches of the company. While it was hard it was also extremely rewarding.
It took a while to get my head around the systems used but I became a valuable member of the team, produced useful work and became an expert on certain subjects.
Everybody tried to be extremely helpful but I had to ask and push for help & changes.
I was so busy on a day to day basis that I sometimes lost focus for the bigger picture.
I got all permissions that professional members had. There was difference between interns and regular employees. Any one of us could have made mistakes costing millions.
Time management, focus, loads of technical expertise & management.
The Company
While the atmosphere was very relaxed and fun at the start, we had a busy period towards the end which caused stress.
No major problems, some fights over equipment like laptops & screens.
A nice week worth of training at the beginning, not much afterwards.

Working from home
The only reason not to come back instantly is that I want to experience other companies first!
The Culture
Quarterly meetings, facebook groups, parties and still in contact.
We rented a house which was expensive but great for socialising.
Winchester isn't great, we had to go to Southampton or London at times.
Loads of "giveback" opportunities, I went to schools on a weekly basis to run projects with them.
