  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Great place to work, fantastic people and fantastic atmosphere and an enjoyable fulfilling role.

    • Work was really appreciated and felt a valuable contribution was made.

    • Management were superb, both my line manager and the wider management team were approachable and supportive.

    • It was varied but on the whole I was very busy, there were times when I was very busy and others where there were gaps but on the whole it was a perfect balance.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

    • I was the only member of staff responsible for internal communications in a team of only 2 where my manager dealt with extrenal and client communications.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • Although many of the skills I usd I already had, it gave me an opportunity to enhance them which I am already finding useful in finding future work.

    • Very friendly office with great people who made me very welcome.

    • Was the 3rd student in this role so was well set up and organised, HR very good.

    • Online resource whereby you can do any training course in any areas you desire. Also got face to face training and support.

    • The job was great and is definalty a company would consider going back to. They have recently reintroduced their graduate scheme too.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • Brill social scheme even with only 3 placement students.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?

    • In Leeds there is something for all budgets, if you want to save some pennies there are cheaper areas to live and socialise.

    • Brilliant - something for everyone in such a big city.

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?

    • I participated in charity events with the company and joined a netball team through a colleage.
