The Role
Amazing people and wonderful atmosphere. Its a really great place to work with emphasis on work/life balance you are never truly stretched too thin or left twiddling your thumbs!
Everyone tends to be really friendly and quite open.
Weekly 1:1s with managers are standard so they are always on hand to support you with any aspect of your work life you may be struggling with. There are also mentors and buddy schemes so you'll always be in good hands.
Days tend to vary but there are always project opportunities available if you want to do something outside your job role.
I get to directly or indirectly impact business decisions and my input always feels valued.
I have learnt a lot about myself and had several opportunities to take part in various training courses to better my employability skills i.e. Presentation skills training/ Out-of-the box thinking.
