The Role
Great place to work
Very trusting workforce, you have total responsibility over your core role and any other project you wish to pick up on the way
You can choose how much or little support you need. When you do need it the support structure is very good
Always work to be done, but if you are having a rough day you can work around it and get help from others
Managing your own area is common as an Intern here
Training scheme is great, usually expensive courses are offered for free and complement Uni perfectly
The Company
An extremely driven and experienced workforce, but always up for a laugh. Open office structure and everyone's desk is always open
Dedicated management for the Intern community, with varying degrees of assistance where needed
They pretty much only hire back Interns, so 3 months training is worth it for them. Great hire back opportunity to start on a good Grad wage.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
International Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Healthcare from home
I personally prefer sub-corporate size companies, but if you want a Corp career this is a great place to start and you've got good chances if you were an Intern here
The Culture
We have sports clubs, societies, and everyone has money so evenings/weekends are a good laugh
Swindon isn't the best place - go to Bristol, Oxford or Bath though and it's better (though equally as expensive!)
Not good - made better if you can get all 50 Interns out at once
