The Role
At the beginning it was daunting but a few months in it became very enjoyable and the people I worked with helped make it even more so
Everyone was very friendly and happy to take you under their wing and look after you, they never treated me like an intern, I was part of the team from the word go
Anything I needed or asked for they did their best to help with and supported me in all my decisions
Some days I felt bored, but once I had spoken to my manager and got more responsibility this balanced out
You are given as much responsibility as you ask for, whether that's a little or a lot. If you want a lot you are given it and trusted with it
Everything (skills and training) will benefit me in life and jobs to come
The Company
Perfect balance between good conversation and time to work
Felt a little shaky at the beginning but I believe these kinks were sorted out for years to come
They run trainings throughout the year and you can participate in whichever ones you want and managers will back you through that - If there is a training you want that they don't offer they will endeavour to set it up
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym

Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Healthcare from home
I will come out of the experience fully wanting to return and feeling that this is a genuine opportunity
The Culture
Very well organised social events, between fellow interns and own team members
Like anywhere really some good deals around and cheap nights out, would say average
It could be good if you got the night and the venue right - but have experienced better places
Sports and social club put on a wide range of activities outside of work and many things to do away from work too
