The Role
Lots of Responsibility - learnt lots of new skills for the future
Valued highly by colleagues (The odd 1 or 2 stuck in the dark ages who are a bit patronising) not bad out of about 120 direct colleagues.
Very supportive supervisor - offered me great support and guidance
In reality too Busy (But was okay for me) - always lots to do put in a lot of extra hours.
In a small sub-team so if Supervisor was away I was fully in control of ISW-HPC (Supporting EMEA / Some US, Asia customers)
Not only life and business skills but the technical knowledge and expertise is irreplaceable.
The Company
Fun for me (In a Lab surrounded by technology) but some could see it as dull.
Well organised - pre-determined mandatory training, regular 1 on 1 with manager.
Got a reasonable amount of travel - varies by position within PTEG
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
International Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Healthcare from home
They do re-employ... Depends on the area you go into. (They will not offer you a job before you leave - you will here a couple of months before you graduate.
The Culture

Not to bad but it is on a London Commuter route so prices are a little higher.
