The Role
Really love the organisation and the people.
Extremely valued and integrated, told repeatedly.
Help always there when required for development and even job applications elsewhere
Initially very busy but then the team got too busy and my projects got put on back continuously
Had full control of most of my projects, with guidance from team or manager.
Lots of training opportunities if you request them or search them out.
The Company
Very busy period but drinks with the team and lunch with team or interns regularly
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
Have applied for a job but not been successful, hope to be successful in the future as i develop further.
The Culture
Usually lunch but some interns within the same team were more friendly and sociable.
Lunch and travel covered but food quite expensive - is central London.
Some nightlife but not attended. If we did it was just local bars or pubs.
Lots of volunteering opportunities for events.
