    • Considering this is the first time they ran this scheme, it was very well prepared and ensured everyone got to do everything.

    • The games prepared for us were very interesting, whilst also giving showing what the day-to-day life in the company within those roles are like.

    • It seems like the company wanted to invest as much in you, through various trainings for exams, to ensure that you succeed.

    • It was nice to be able to speak to people within the different roles as it showed us exactly what their roles are like and their daily structure.

    • We had an introductory video and talk about the company's culture which showed me just how much BlackRock does for their clients.

    • Although I was intrigued by the careers at BlackRock, as a first year, I will still be considering other roles.

    • Travel outside London was reimbursed.

    • There was a chance to network throughout the day with the directors and executives of the company.
