  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Really enjoyed my internship, has been an amazing few months in a great charity

    • I have been recognised for all my work throughout my time and received gifts on leaving

    • Manager was incredible, could not have asked for more from them

    • I was given specific projects to be working on throughout my time. The work was also varied with travel around the region.

    • I was given a whole event to organise by myself, with guidance and logistical help when required.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • I have gained such an insight into the third sector and the way in which a large charity operates. The skills I have developed and experience I have gained will definitely assist me in the future.

    • Was a home-based internship, with some office work

    • Very well organised, especially with such a large amount of interns

    • Had training in writing CVs, interviews and writing applications. Was very focused on developing skills set out by me.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • I was home-based whereas nearly all others were office-based, but it was good if I could make social events

    • Not bad for London

    • Didn't go out in the evenings
