    • Evident flat hierarchy and healthy culture, revealed through shadowing.

    • Very good insight into all areas of banking, and the work shadowing had 8 rotations so was really informative.

    • Accommodation, travel and most meals provided.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • Very good networking during shadowing sessions, but not enough networking sessions with other employees of RBS.

    • Would need more networking events, but social event was good, even though there was only one.

    • Great CSR. Found out about this through presentations and shadowing, but alaso through CSR activities during the week.

    • Good experience to find out which division you are most suited to.
