About You
I have learnt a lot whether in terms of knowledge or soft skills, which was really great.
People here were really friendly and patient whenever you ask questions.
Most skills are very transferable and I think it would benefit me whatever career path i might take in the future.
The Company
It was well-organized as a whole but I do feel as each day was as compact as another, the Tuesday night Quiz was a bit long for an early sleep to get up early the next day.
Most people i have met were really focused on what I wanted to know and they would try their best to explain as clearly as possible. Especially people in Capital market and it was understandable for sales and trading people has a much faster pace in terms of work.
The work shadowing did this part pretty well.
There could be more specific talks on this as this is not so obvious during a short week.
I know now that I might suit better in desks where there were more analytical component than fast-pace activities such as trading.
Everything Else
Yes! the Corporate Social Responsibility activity was one of the example that employees could get involved outside workplace and it was really meaningful to give back to society.
Absolutely, this is very useful if you want to know if banking is for you.
