  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • The spring week was very helpful for undergrads who are new to the industry and have only a limited financial background. There were two days of technical training and overviews, two days of work shadowing and finally an assessment centre and CSR activity.

    Everything Else

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?
  • As I lived within M25, I was not given any reimbursement.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?
  • We had a lot of time to mingle around and talk to the other interns, and we met a number of grads as well. There were not many opportunities to network with more senior employees though.

  • I've learnt a lot from this insight, and would definitely recommend it for people who are not sure what IB is all about.
