About You
A useful insight into the industry, and RBS' provision of accommodation and social events made it all the more enjoyable.
You're a Springtern - you're simultaneously the least useful but arguably with great value because they want to attract and retain the best graduates.

Confirmed my interest in pursing a career in this industry.
The Company
Early mornings often for no apparent reading - would have preferred the extra 30mins in bed to having 'breakfast' at the offices. That said, probably intentional to replicate a more typical day of an a analyst.
A lot of very focussed and driven people, but in a group of 100, it wasn't impossible to discover the more sociable.
very broad training directed at the entire group, to be expected.
Very insightful in this regard, as longa s you make the most of talking to as many analysts as possible.
Difficult to distinguish between PR rubbish and reality, although the place did seem to genuinely recognise its key values.

Everything Else
2 meals a day, travel expenses and very nice accommodation
Less networking and more enquiring into the industry; still useful.
2 networking events (see above) and a very enjoyable quiz night
Yes - not many!
