About You
It was a great insight. It was well organised, the people were really friendly and I learned a lot.
People were very honest. They answered your question with a very personal touch, so that you could get a genuine insight on what it would be like to work there. The employees were very helpful and were happy to stay in touch afterwards.
We knew most of the time what was going on. Sometimes there was a bit of confusion, but generally everything was fine.
I'm sure that in the future, what I've learned will be helpful. On the other hand it was less about gaining skills then getting an overview on what RBS does.
The Company
People were very cool and were happy to come for drinks on the last day.
We were split up into teams of 2. The graduates concentrated on us and we felt like we were the centre of their attention.
Absolutely. I could tell everyone now what a graduate/intern would do.
I feel like I really know RBS now.
I knew already beforehand that I don't want to go into banking, but if YOU want to go into banking, then that's the bank to go for.
Everything Else
They would've reimbursed everything, if I lived outside of London.
Staff were happy to come along on the last day of the spring week.
In a 5-day programme, there were 3 networking events, which is more than you could hope for.
They are endless. You can do sports, volunteering, other projects.
