About You
I enjoyed the most rotation I had, everyone was really lovely and friendly and they spend time to show me patiently how the bank works and what they do on a day to day basis.
it won't help me with the degree I am learning but the skills and information I obtained through the training days are very valuable and informative.
The Company
Very good, I had 2 days of training, which I had a 2 hour skills session on how to networking, and 3 hour session on the theory of investment banking, then we had 3 simulations on outcry trading floor, the flow of the trading cycle and the client solution.
Very good, everyone was really friendly, the graduates and people from the insight day are really friendly and helpful.
I received quite a lot of training especially in the first day, where they arranged trainers from independent organisations to teach us about social networking and theory of investment banking and market.
It does inspired me to have a summer internship with the firm, however the division I applied to is not of my particular interest, if the firm is willing to switch me to another division of the firm then I would be more than happy to take the offer.
I believe the firm's culture is very different from the rest of the competitors, it is far less pathed and people are very chilled back when they are doing their jobs, which is a good thing because the British culture is far more lenient.
Everything Else
I would definitely invited the program to my friends.
