About You
I really enjoyed all of it, apart from one of the talks which was not relevant to my business area.
Everyone was very friendly, everything such as lunch and accommodation was provided, every single person we met, no matter how senior, was able to answer questions and talk to us.
Guidance was available all the time, and there was always someone on hand to help
It was not relevant to my degree as I do not study finance, but it was very relevant to my career aspirations.
The Company
Amazingly structured, very well organised and everything ran on time.
A lot of it required concentration and stuff, but it was all very interesting and so wasn't boring.
They invested a lot of time, as much as they could in a one week placement.
Lots - I know have a much clealrer understanding of what I want to do in the future
We got to go and see employees working and sit with them at their desks.
It explained so much that I now know exactly what the job would involve.
Everything Else
Accommodation, transport and most of my food was covered.
Almost every day, and also a networking event at the end of the week.
Good - they had a quiz night where they provided free wine, beer and food
All the staff we spoke to were able to tell us about their extra-curriculars.
Unless they dont want to work in finance.
