About You
Overall, it was a good experience and the insight was very interesting
Everyone was friendly to each other
The team really helped us
The training and work shadowing were useful
The Company
The fact that it was only for one week means that the time table had to be specific and well planned. It was the case.
Friendly while being professional
The trainings were really helpful and motivating
It was only for a week and I believe there is still a lot to learn from the company before knowing how a full time role looks like there
Again, one week is not enough to determine the culture but every employees said its a friendly working environment
The financial sector is interesting
Everything Else
I was reimbursed for my accommodation and transport which I consider to be fair enough
We had plenty of time for networking, for example during lunchtime or during the Quiz event organised by the company and we met the employees during the work shadowing days
Overall, they were interesting
I found out about the CSR programme
Of course, I have learned a lot that will be useful in my professional life as well as social life.
