The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement, although it was hard to fit in around my studies.
I did feel that my colleagues appreciated my input, but was obviously aware that they were busy continuing with their daily tasks.
I did not seek any guidance, however I knew that it was there if would need it.
It was hard fitting in the placement during my university course.
I was given about the right amount of responsibilty....enough to my push me out of my comfort zone and to learn new things, but not too much as to worry me.
The skills that I acquired will be incredibly valuable during my career.
The Company
The classroom had a great atmosphere.
It was very organised, down to my mentor on placement.
I was given some great opportunities to expand upon skills and try new things. The teachers gave me a lot of support and advice.
If I lived in the area...I would love to work there.
The Culture
Good interaction between staff and students.
Same as normal...I was living at university at the time.
Student area.
