  • The partners, solicitors, trainees, support staff and summer scheme students were all very friendly and helpful.

  • The whole three week period was very well planned and run.

  • Basic training on the IT system and good training on legal research.

  • It is a highly competitive field but we were allowed to show ourselves in good light.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • We all got along very well without being forced to spend too much time together.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • The firm provided drinks and food on every night they held events and the partners were pretty generous when we went to the pub over the road!

  • 5/10 minutes from Soho / Covent Garden

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • Some summer scheme students played cricket for the firm against a major client. Others wen't running with trainees in the morning.
