The Role
If you are willing to throw yourself into fully, with enthusiasm and commitment and say yes to every opportunity, you cannot fail to have a good time.
Everyone knows your name before you meet them (pictures sent around by HR prior to arrival). Its a brilliant tactic and makes you feel welcome from day 1. Even the partners drop in for a chat. Great people.
Everyone is on hand to help and happy to.
It very much depends on your department, but I was sat in Corporate so was very lucky. Some late nights!
As much as they can give without putting themselevs at risk!
Its all development.
The Company
I had a particularly popular supervisor so it was great, people alwasy stopping in for chat. Its not a quiet office, which is nice.
Faultless.
Its difficult to say over 3 weeks, but the firm see you as a future trainee and that is obvious from the way you are treated.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Difficult to say how likely but there is no question about wanting it!
The Culture
Very very good indeed. Trainees get really involved, but we were definitley lucky on our scheme - great group.
Its London, its what you expect.
Sfizios.
If you are asked say yes! 4 of us played cricket against the firms biggest client. Cannot argue with that.
