About You
Really fun, friendly and informative.
Lots of guidance. There were presentations on nearly every division.
Not particularly relevant to degree, but skills developed useful for knowledge in finance.
The Company
Very well structured, lots of chance to network with current staff - from graduates a year into the job, to directors with 15 years experience.
There were some fun activities, whilst remaining professional on the whole.
Lots of help with assessment centre advice, and practice presentations.
Got to work shadow in area of choice.
Got a pretty good idea of what each division is about.
Everything Else
Hotel paid for.
Yes, almost every day.
