  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I enjoyed the insight very much because it was incredibly interactive and if i wasnt given a task just watching people was interesting.

    • My placement wasnt long enough for people to fully welcome me into the company but this is understandable.

    • I was given a fair amount of guidance but any more and i say it would have prevented me from being independent.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • Unfortunately i didnt acquire a massive range of skills as the insight was very short

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Overall the insight was structured well and i was many different departments each day.

    • An entertaining experience and there was always a pleasant atmosphere.

    • I was given lectures on safety prior to work but nothing else

    • I was given great insight from only a short space of time so i think they achieved this well.

    • I already knew a fair amount about rolls-royce but this gave me a better understanding of the companies methods.

    • I never before considered this career path but from this experience it is definitely amongst my options

    • I was more than happy with my payment

    • I was introduced to many the management staff which was sufficient for networking a little.

    • I was not informed of any social opportunities.

    • I was not informed of any out of work opportunities.

  • 15. Would you recommend this insight to a friend?

    • I would definitely recommend this insight to a friend because it was a very enjoyable three weeks. The payment for my time was also very acceptable so this was a bonus.
