About You
It was an extremely informative week with a variety of pragrammes planned, from interactive sessions to networking opportunities.
It was obvious that RBS put a lot of time and effort to arrange this programme for us, which made me feel like I was valued by the company.
We got to job shadow 4 out of the 5 divisions under Group Functions and got an extensive insight into each of the divisions.
This week in general helped me to gain an insight into several divisions, as well as RBS in general. It has also helped to clarify what division I want to look into in the future.
The Company
There was an equal division amongst informative sessions and interactive sessions. The week was structured very well in the sense that everyday is different from the previous.
Everyone was extremely helpful and approachable, the atmosphere of the company was also very comfortable and welcoming.
We got a taste of the culture of the company and have had a generous amount of time to interact with the current employees, where we got to ask any questions we had in mind.
Everything Else
We got to network on our first day and last day over free drinks.
Got the opportunity to talk to rather senior people.
Great programme that was extremely informative and got to meet great people!
