  • Got the opportunity to spend lots of one on one time with senior managers. Networking sessions were arranged and the HR team were amazing at helping you if you wanted to see a different area or just wanted help in arranging a meeting.

  • Learnt so much about the different divisions within my department and which skills suited each area, so I was able to see which part I think I would fit into.

  • Over the 5 day period, 2 evenings were networking sessions. The HR team were also really willing to help set up meetings.
