About You
Very exciting and interesting. Very well run by HR, who also took very good care of us.
Quest meant we were effectively employees of the firm: we had logins, cards, an immense amount of freedom. Very impressive.
Whilst i didn't get too much, i was stunned how much time certain seniors devoted to their quest mentee. Having less suited me as i was free to pursue my own goals with regard to areas of the bank i wanted to experience
Enormously. I learnt huge amounts about finance, modelling, how to work better etc.
The Company

Could not ask for more
It was great to go for more informal chats with people to gain extra insight.
Everything Else
Very generous
HR were very accomodating
Very good.
