The Role
The flexibility given regarding tasks made work less repetitive. However, it's just me when it comes to not liking banking in general
I was invited to many social events outside of work which i found welcoming.
Help was always available when asked for but they did seem unapproachable at first.
Strange mix of having loads of things to do at one point and then nothing to do. Needs to be worked on in my opinion.
Not much but to me, that wasn't a problem considering my role.
Good concentration as well as absorbing information and deriving facts. Quite useful with a math degree
The Company
Not a single problem from anyone and instead all smiles and unity.
Good computer systems and work given was organised. Initial instructions were slightly convoluted
Good computers and focus on degree e/g gave me work related to maths while people who did law had work which was somehow related to that field.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
banking isn't my cup of tea, nothing bad about lloyds and would recommend them to people interested in the field
The Culture
Probably the best aspect of the internship. Very social atmosphere
Same reason as above
Isn't this the same question as the social aspects.. so same as above.
Yeah mainly due to the events organised for socialising
