About You
The aim of the insight was to gain an understanding of the structure and culture of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and it definitely offered that.
We were able to speak to managing directors and vice presidents whilst shadowing associates and analysts of all levels of experience.
The week was well planned and nothing was unclear at any point.
The information you receive as well as the contacts you potentially make are invaluable.
The Company
With a range of different events and presentations, days were never repetitive.
Everybody seemed to enjoy the week, and the interns as well as the workers all got on very well. The idea about teamwork really shone through.
There was work shadowing, presentation skills events, innovation presentations and a wide range of other useful experiences.
Again, the work shadowing and the numerous network events allowed for a clear idea of how a full time role would be.
As mentioned previously, the chance to talk to employees of all levels of experience indicated that there was huge emphasis on teamwork.
For somebody that had no clue about the industry, this would have definitely been an eye opener.
Everything Else
.
As mentioned above, yes. Plenty.
A mixture of formal and informal events allowed for many new contacts to be made.
Yes, through the networking events.
If you're aim is to get an insight of banking, or more specifically BoAML, this event is for you.
