About You
I really enjoyed, you really get an insight into what is like to work in a bank.
You meet lots of business reps which are interested in you and they keep asking you questions.
Good support. The HR team is really approachable and helpful and they care about you.
They gave us tips to work in team and make presentations and we were able to practice. They also help you knowing in which division your skills fit.
The Company
The insight was very well structured, the week was scheduled and we always knew what we were going to do.
Everybody is very friendly. Not only the business reps and the campus team but also the other candidates. You get to know many people from many countries which share the same interest as you do.
HR, analysts, associates and even seniors spend their time with you, attending to the social events.
Even though in IBK we weren't able to do work shadowing, we did case studies.
The insight helps you to understand the culture because you don't really get to know the culture until you get exposed to the bank.
I now really know in which division I want to work and in which one I don't.
Everything Else
They provide you accommodation and reimburse you travel expenses.
Everyday we had lunch with business reps and in every presentation we asked questions.
Everyday we had at least one networking event.
One day we had an employee networks breakfast and they explained us everything.
Definitely, it is highly recommendable to people who know that they want to work in finance and people who aren't sure yet.
