About You
Good fun, everyone is so easy to get on with and I learnt lots.
Very senior members of staff were involved in presenting. Also wide variety of members of staff to network with.
Help with presenting
Help with assessment centres and presenting skills.
The Company
Always things planned
Everyone got on very well
Could have been more personal with feedback on the presentations
Depended on the area you shadowed, some areas can't be shadowed e.g Investment banking
Get to know what the employees really think
Very useful, would've been nice to shadow maybe one more area.
Everything Else
Accommodation was all paid for as were travel costs.
Loads, often at lunch and in the closing dinner.
Sometimes a break would be nice at lunch rather than been expected to network
Lots of fun and very informative
