    • Very engaging, with a wide range of people, many of which I will keep in touch with

    • Although clichéd, I genuinely did feel involved! Everyone went out of their way to help me, and I could feel that this was re-iterated throughout the company, regardless of one's status

    • Everything was very well explained in advance, and I felt that if I had needed to, I could've asked anyone about anything

    • Learnt about the logistics and skills needed to work in finance, by experiencing in depth about the separate divisions within it

    • It was obviously thoroughly thought out in advance, as everything ran so smoothly. Excellent mix of workshops, talks and shadowing, to gain the most from the experience

    • The camaraderie between the group was evident from the first day, and there was generally an upbeat and friendly nature about the whole week

    • Constant tips were given throughout about life after the week, as well as CV training at the end
