About You
Really enjoyed the experience - always kept active.
Put us under the gun immediately and expected a lot out of us.
Lots of guidance and support. Felt like we could ask a question whenever.
The Company
Very well structured. Always ran to time and made sure everything happened well.
A lot of really high up employees came to talk to us and the firm really seemed to care about investing in our development for the future.
Work shadowing was great and very well planned. No time wasted at all.
Really insightful look into the culture though at times we got mixed messages.
Very in depth look at all the different divisions within a bank and what each role does.
Everything Else
Yes, lots and lots of networking opportunities through Work Shadowing, Speed Networking, Graduate Panels, Tours etc
Not many networking opportunities but the ones that were there were quite good.
A little bit of an insight into the diversity and cultural programmes but not much other than that.
Definitely worth doing it to understand whether the banking industry is for you.
