    • it was really exiting, the best experience to get to know the industry

    • I really believe that it has been extremely useful both for my future career and summer internship application and for me as a person (we have been trained on how to have a proper presentation and how to speak in public)

    • As said before, it was planned in every single detail. Really really efficient

    • presentations were really interactive and the shadowing were structured as a one to one meeting and demostration of daily routine. Really outstanding overall

    • they are offering us the fast track in summer internship application to be the first one in making us the offer, which means they really trust in our skills

    • Every single person has been so helpful and gave a complete view of culture which is what people working for BAML care most about. Furthermore, every single employee consider him/herself an ambassador of the company, which is really important and amazing because testifies how important every individual is for baml
