About You
I met a ton of new people and learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed myself.
There were always people willing and able to help you if you needed it.
I learned so much: technical skills and just general presenting and communication skills.
The Company
It was fantastically organised, I couldn't fault it.
Everyone was lovely, so willing to talk to you and share their experiences. I was amazed at the amount of senior level employees who came to speak to us.
An overwhelming amount of time and energy was invested in us: more so than I could have ever expected and more so than would have been received elsewhere, I feel.
The ability to speak to employees in all stages of their career gave a clear picture of what it would be like to work at GS.
The same as above: networking helped you realise exactly what the culture was like at the firm (amazing!)
It gave you a true insight into what your career (e.g. Investment banking) would be like and so you could decide whether it was for you or not.
Everything Else
So, so many!
Informal, friendly, lengthy. Faultless really.
100%. It was a great experience and an excellent programme.
