About You
Great program in terms of understanding what are the different job opportunities in the Investment Bank and what the job really looks like from the inside.
Employees took the time to follow them during their working day, and every team participated in coming meeting us and introducing their jobs.
The Company
Very well structured.
People really got on well, and I think the social event on the first night had a lot to do with it.
The insight gave a real understanding of the company culture, as it provided me with the opportunity to meet a lot of employees. This is very different from simply hearing about the company's culture, you really get to experience it.
Everything Else
Accomodation and transportation were paid by the company.
There were a lot of them, each time with people working in different divisions and at different levels of their career path.
