About You
Everyone was very friendly and were more than happy to answer any questions.
The people were very receptive if you started chatting to them whether it be about work or not.
My mentor was fantastic for suggesting how to improve my employability and giving great insight into the Company.
I received a great insight into both the property sector and the company! People were always happy to discuss topics further or give me some work to complete to further my understanding.
The Company
It was pretty well structured but take the initiative to talk to people in different departments to make the most of the time there.
Everyone seemed very positive and seemed to enjoy coming to work. I noticed especially how supportive they are of one another.
I would say the placement was not long enough to provide extensive personal training and development.
It was very helpful because the people were very friendly in explaining their job role and where they fit in the company.
By actively trying to spend time with all the departments, it was very helpful.
Everything Else
The process for reimbursement was very straight forward.
Every day allowed me to network because the people were so willing to stop and speak to me.
There were social opportunities but the timing of the placement was difficult because so many people were on holiday.
There seemed to be lots of sports opportunities for people to get involved in.
Yes definitely!! If you are interested in a career in the property sector then this placement will give you a great insight.
