About You
The company culture made me feel part from day-1. There is room for improvement and learning even if you do not meet requirements, it is all about your willingness to learn.
The employees shared most of the strategies that makes them successful with us. We as well treated comfortably, with maximum respect and we were housed in the best hotels around. I really felt part within two days and wished to be part of the company.
I received guidance from some of the workers I shadow-worked around. They answered my questions and guided me to understand the workings of their industry.
I learned about Agile methodology during this program. And I am using agile to organize a team to produce an eCommerce website this summer for a start-up company. Most of what I learned are going to be essential to me even if I do not end up working with J.P. Morgan.
The Company
Very. Everything was well organized.
Fun, academic, empowering, very very resourceful.
I feel very different, and after the three days I feel very well equipped to tackle any problem around me, and to innovate.
I really can't wait to be part of the company, though my nationality may be a hindrance.
Most of the presentations were well structured to make the culture of the company aware to us. Sharing the space with the workers, eating together at the restaurants, and etc made it easy to adapt.
I really want to be part of the company to learn more and later start my business in Ghana based on the values that I would learn from the company.
Everything Else
All that I required during the program was funded. My flight from Ghana and hotel reservations were all funded by J.P. Morgan. I am truly grateful for the experience.
I got to meet a number of interesting people over lunch. We also had a networking session.
I met people who further explained to me how to get into the company. They answered my questions and shared some of their experiences with me.
