About You
Every activity was in a fun/playful manner so the day passed by fairly quickly I felt.
Everyone working there were super friendly, I literally started a conversation with a random employee in the canteen and they were more than ahppy to share their experience.
A lot of encouragement was given toward applying for more internship programmes
I loved the skills sessions where buisness and technology skills, they had us doing small and fun tasks to demonstrate they're development methodology.
The Company
Great structuring of the three days, lots of talks followed by work shadowing and networking sessions.
One word, Lovely
We had talks about their buisness methodology and a lot of staff /grads were pulled out of their jobs to come speak to us, so a lot in that sense.
Networking sessions and work session meant that you would know exactly what you were doing in that role, only downside would be, more work shadowing in different teams would have been nice.
Everyone's very friendly
Everything Else
Accomodation,travel,food provided.
You could speak to almost anyone you wanted , we were given talks by managing directors as well as grads, there were also a bunch of networking opportunities in a more informal enivronment .
there was one visit to a bar in town which was informal , however generally there were several opportunities to ask people questions in a more formal environment
They get involved with charity events along with leisure activities in the bournemouth area.
Go for it
